Description
This arcticle aproaches practices of vigilance and personal information monitoring executed by two of the main economic global powers (United States and China), in two of the most critic moments of the recent history: the World Trade Center towers attack, that happened in September 11th, 2001, and the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in 2020. It demonstrated that in each of this periods, actions of personal information vigilance tend to be reinforced by governments of different cultural matrix that were encountered by the perspective of death.
